The lady who sold it to us was really nice and we promised to send her postcards during the trip. After bringing it home, we tried out all the appliances - microwave, air conditioner, furnace, lights, sound system, water pump, fridge - using an extension cord, and everything worked! Score! Then we made a full list of all the things we need to do, including an interior cleaning and an exterior scrubdown... We will also have to take it to a dealer so they can check the bearings...axles..plumbing, etc. more closely. Will be posting some more "before" pictures shortly.
